Super Woman, Super Saturday!

Super Women Unite!

We all know we've got a superhero inside of us and we're using our Super Saturday to celebrate it! Below you'll find samples of what we will be making at the best Saturday ever! ****Check back for updates to prices and options.****

There's a dual purpose to each of these gifts. We want them to be great for you OR to give as a gift (with upcoming holidays in mind). We also hope in thinking of giving to others that you will invite a friend to join us for this activity! It's just gonna be lots of fun!

Since we will be there all day, please bring a dish to share for lunch. :-) Also, there will be a few teenagers on hand to assist with child care for those whose husbands are deployed or gone on training.

We will also have special guest Paige Evans there with a craft to do as well. So stay tuned. We will keep you posted as information is compiled. :-)

And now for the fun stuff!

$.10 for Arrow Charm. I made this bracelet with 2 strings.

25pcs 5x37mm silver Arrow Charm Pendant Feather Arrow Charms Connector So the idea behind the arrows is the theme for Mutual in 2016 is “Wherefore, ye must press forward with a steadfastness in Christ, having a perfect brightness of hope, and a love of God and of all men. Wherefore, if ye shall press forward, feasting upon the word of Christ, and endure to the end, behold, thus saith the Father: Ye shall have eternal life” (2 Nephi 31:20).

If you hop on Pinterest a lot of people are using arrows as part of the idea. Pressing forward, steadfast, enduring, etc. (See this etsy shop and this one too for cute printables if using for a gift)

Even if you don't have a child in YW, this is still a cool charm.

Time to complete: 10 mins (or less, per each bracelet)

You can also bring whatever charm, or circular item you have around your house!

nativity scene from simple wood blocks. Have to admit that this would look cute as a family too, would have to add a slightly larger child to, but could be done.:

Superhero Peg People

Cost: $1.75 for a set of 4
Time to complete: Depends on how long you want to spend! You can make them as simple or as difficult as you want. They aren't meant to be perfect. That's why these are fun!

The inspiration

My friend made these. And my boy AND the 2 girls here LOVED them.

Indoor Door Wreath
Cost: $ 4.00
Time to complete: 30 mins

Totally customizable. I did coral and teal because that's what I'm digging right now. Lol.

Book Love Frame
Cost: $3
Time to complete: 30 mins

This is a fun one! Bring an old book (I'll have a couple there). We will have a heart and a circle punch there. You pick the words to describe the person you're giving it to. The background can be scrapbook paper so bring that if you have something in mind. Otherwise, you can just use the back of the frame (which I did).
